RASPBERRY LEMON TEA

 

Ingredients:
10 oz frozen raspberries
1/2 lemon
2-inch piece of raw ginger root, minced
2 tbsp honey
1-2 branches of fresh thyme
0.9L boiling water

Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to the pot and pour boiling water.
2. Let the tea steep for 10-15 minutes.
3. Don’t forget to enjoy the berries! Add some to your cup before pouring the tea.
Alternatively, you can make this tea in a pot over medium-low heat. Combine raspberries, ginger, lemon, and water, bring to a boil, simmer on low for 10 minutes. Allow it to rest for a bit, then infuse it with honey.
